	Ramesh Mengawade Ramesh has over 23 years of extensive experience in the payments and securities domain; the last 11 as a Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining ECS, Ramesh has worked for Wipro, Indigo and HP. His stint included leading large teams in building mission-critical systems such as a trading platform for stock exchanges and ATM and POS switching networks for banks. Ramesh is an Alumnus of the military school of Jamnagar and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
	Madhu Gopinath Madhu has been with Opus Software Solutions since its inception and has held various roles and responsibilities in the areas of implementation services, pre-sales, and business development. Madhu brings twenty five years of rich experience in the application of Information Technology in the financial services industry domain. He has had successful stints earlier with Tata Consultancy Services, Tandem Computers, and Indigo Technologies.
	Prashant Mengawade Prashant Mengawade heads Product Development at ElectraCard Services. He is an expert in payment systems with over 12 years’ of rich experience in delivering high-volume, mission-critical payment systems, integrating various acquirers, agents, devices, networks and backend systems. He is extremely quality conscious and has spearheaded several quality initiatives within the organization. Prashant holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the University of Pune.
	Chetan Naik Chetan Naik is President-Sales and Marketing at Electracard Services. He oversees the sales and marketing function for ECS. Chetan brings with him more that 23 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing in the IT industry across multiple geographies. After completing his electrical and electronics engineering from BITS Pilani and post graduation in marketing management from JBIMS, Chetan has worked with Wipro, Ramco Systems, Mastek. His last position was with IBM, as Vice President-General Business India (West).
	Jose Thattil Jose Thattil is Head – Products at ElectraCard Services. He has 13 years of experience in the Retail Payments domain and has held various leadership positions in the areas of implementation services, business solutions, and product management. Prior to joining ECS, he was part of the Retail Technology Group at ICICI Bank where he was involved in the EFT switch implementation and Debit Card launch for the Bank. Jose is an Engineering graduate and holds a Management degree from Mumbai University.
	Vivian Fernandes Vivian Fernandes is Head of Human Resources at Electracard Services. He is responsible for organization building and HR management. He has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources at strategic as well at operations level in the areas of Staffing, Competency Development, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefit and Employee Relations. A post graduate in Personnel Management from Pune University,  Vivian has worked with Sybase, Tech Mahindra, Synechron and Approva in the past.
